The HR/FLEET Manager will be responsible for our community nursing’s overall operations, development, and success. In this critical role, the successful applicant will act as an information resource and ambassador to patients, the general public, Physicians and staff. Responsibilities and Duties
- • Ensure office is opened and closed daily, as per established schedules
- • Interview, hire and train new staff by HR guidelines
- • Manage daily staffing to ensure optimal operation of the practice
- • Regularly review productivity and make staffing adjustments as needed
- • Monitor and approve timecards and track registration requirements for staff
- • Conduct regular staff meetings (if needed) and annual performance evaluations for the administrative team
- • Review accounts receivable reports monthly
- • Email staff their orientation dates and documents and gathering and recording education documents/ forms/certificates and follow up if needed
- • Preparing emails for new education
- • Managing the annual CPR and handling annual training (if needed)
- • Ensuring company Vehicles are Road Worthy & Ready to go
Qualifications and Skills
- • University graduate (Education Level)
- • 5+ years’ experience in customer service and client management
- • Time management
- • Proficiency with CRM systems and software applications
- • High level computer skills specially in Microsoft Office Suite and windows operation and Adobe (MUST-HAVE and MUST BE PROFICIENT)
- • Excellent written and oral communication skills
- • Previous experience in management and high-level practice administrative position
- • A current NSW Driver’s License is a PLUS
- • Work rights in Australia or be eligible for such (MUST)
- • Proactive and professional approach to work
- • Ability to work independently or in a team
